Our executive chef Malrie Cybak offers up an affordable array of choices with one common theme; healthy, organic, and flavourful. Our goal is to create a menu focusing on fresh local produce prepared in innovated ways while concentrating on simple flavours and a flair for presentation.
Cush is a family owned and operated restaurant with Brenda Wood and Crystal Gay, a mother, daughter & entrepreneurial team, who currently own “Bliss Bridal” the Okanagan Bridal Center. The inspiration and driving force behind “Cush Supper Club” is another family member, Justin Marshall (son & brother) whose field of expertise is in the hospitality sector. Justin brings with him 8 years of business ownership/management in Fernie B.C. of a restaurant, hotel and pub. His promotional talent matched with his team leadership skills is a perfect fit.
Together, it is this family’s objective to build another vibrant establishment and set the industry standard for excellence in providing customer service and the “Experience that will enliven the senses and fulfill even the unexpressed wishes of their clientèle.”
Cush is dedicated to offering casual gourmet dining combined with live musical entertainment featuring a mix of R&B, Cuban rhythms, funk, hip hop, jazz, acoustical talent and some of Canada’s top Turn Tablelists. The family motto and promise that will set us apart is one of providing our customers with a “Supper Club” experience that is “Served up with a just little more Love!”
